Financing at a glance: Qualified customers may start with as little as $750 down, receive their first bill 30–45 days after project approval and make manageable monthly payments while CRA coordinates the work behind the scenes.

How the CRA Financing Process Works
CRA’s financing process is designed to reduce the upfront financial burden while keeping your project moving through design, engineering, permitting, material preparation and installation.
Once your project scope, design and financing terms are approved, you can get started with a relatively small initial deposit. CRA then begins the administrative and technical work required to prepare your project for construction.
During this stage, CRA may:
- Complete the project design and engineering
- Have plans signed and sealed by the Chief Engineer
- Submit permit documentation to the appropriate municipality
- Order required special-order materials
- Allocate available stock materials
- Lock in pricing for the life of your contract
You do not have to wait until the full project amount has been paid before CRA begins this important preparation.
Low deposit. More confidence.
A smaller upfront deposit can make it easier to begin planning your pool enclosure, lanai or aluminum improvement without delaying the project while you save for the entire cost.

After your project is approved, CRA begins coordinating the items that must be completed before installation can be scheduled.
Depending on the project, this may include municipal permit review, engineering approvals, material ordering, fabrication planning and delivery coordination.
Your first bill is scheduled approximately 30–45 days after project approval. Regular monthly payments begin after that first billing period.
This delayed billing window gives CRA time to move your project through the early stages while helping you avoid a large payment immediately after signing your agreement.
No payments for approximately 30–45 days after approval
During this period, CRA is actively preparing the project—not putting it on hold.
After approximately three to four scheduled payments, the remaining approved project amount is funded and the project advances toward full execution.
At this stage:
- Final project funding is completed
- Materials are prepared for or delivered to your home
- Installation crews are scheduled
- Labor and project resources are coordinated
- The structure is installed
- Final project work is completed
Under the financing process illustrated above, many customers may have made only approximately four to five scheduled payments by the time their project is completed. Actual construction and payment timing can vary based on permitting, material availability, project complexity and contract terms.
Enjoy your outdoor space sooner
Instead of waiting until you have saved the entire project cost, financing can help you begin using your completed pool enclosure, lanai or patio space while continuing to make scheduled monthly payments.

How much is the deposit for a CRA project?
Qualified customers may be able to begin an eligible project with as little as a $750 deposit. The required deposit can depend on the project, total contract value and final financing terms.
When will I receive my first bill?
Your first bill is generally scheduled approximately 30–45 days after project approval. Your contract and financing documents will provide the exact billing date.
What happens during the first 30–45 days?
CRA uses this time to move the project through preparation. Work may include design and engineering, signed and sealed plans, permit submission, material ordering, stock allocation and construction scheduling.
Does CRA handle the permit process?
CRA submits the required permitting documentation to the appropriate municipality as part of the project preparation process. Permit approval timing is controlled by the municipality and may vary by location and project type.
Are monthly payments made before installation?
Monthly payments generally begin after the first bill. The project may move through engineering, permitting and material preparation while scheduled payments are being made.
How many payments will I make before the project is completed?
The illustrated CRA process indicates that some projects may be completed after approximately four to five scheduled payments. Actual timing depends on permit approvals, material availability, project complexity, scheduling and the terms of your agreement.
What projects qualify for financing?
Eligibility may vary. Contact CRA to confirm whether financing is available for your pool cage, screen enclosure, lanai enclosure, patio cover, carport, railing, fencing or other aluminum project.
Is financing approval guaranteed?
No. Financing is subject to application approval, eligibility requirements and the terms offered for the specific project. CRA should provide all applicable disclosures before the customer enters into an agreement.
